The Site is operated by Revainlab. Our goal is to provide you with efficient and quick request processing for prescription fulfillment services. Revainlab is not a pharmacy but works with duly licensed pharmacies and dispensaries in many jurisdictions.

5. Shipping and packaging
Orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days after receiving payment. Approximate delivery time is 3-5 business days which varies from the warehouse location and the delivery company. Revainlab is not responsible for delivery caused by the delivery company, import procedures, and the customer himself.
Revainlab provides great customer packaging experience. Some products require special packaging which is provided by Revainlab. Due to the nature of the product, Revainlab is not responsible for the product quality caused by a delivery delay which was not caused by Revainlab itself. Revainlab does not accept returns of specific products because they lose their important qualities.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes
When ordering from the Site, you’re responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination. The recipient will be qualified as the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination. Orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees levied by the destination country.
