1. Are the products authentic?

All our products are 100% authentic and in their original packaging and have all marks. With our company, we can always guarantee that you will receive products of the best quality.

2. Is there a minimum order quantity?

Yes, we do have a minimum order quantity of 5 units.

3. What is the expiry of the products?

Most products shipped by Revainlab will be carrying minimum 6 months remaining shelf life with some exceptions where we will either inform about the expiry date on the product online or contact the customer before shipment.

4. How can I pay for my order?

At Revainlab, we support multiple payment methods, including:

  • Bank Transfer – Please get in touch with us to learn more about bank transfers supported by us.
  • Debit or Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc.)
  • Revolut

5. How long does the shipping take?

The shipping takes at around 3-5 business days. Mainly, your order will be shipped within 2-3 business days after your order is processed.

6. How much does shipping cost?

We charge a $60 shipping fee for any order of under $600 value. There is no additional shipping charge any order above $600 in value

7. How can I track my order?

Same day as we ship your order, you will receive a tracking number enabling you to follow your consignment online from departure of our warehouse till arrival at your desired destination.

8. My package has been suspended in custom duties – what can I do?

Please note, it is the responsibility of the importer (customer) to know the rules and regulations of a country. If a package is stopped in customs, we advise you to contact your local customs office.

9. Can I return or exchange an item?

We want our customers to feel 100% confident doing business with us. That is why we offer a 5-day returns program, which works like this: If for any valid reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, You can simply contact us as soon as you have received the product or came of knowledge of that reason and apply for a reshipment or refund.

10. Why do you have such low prices?

We are a wholesale company and due to large volumes and the price difference in different markets, we can offer a significantly lower price.

11. Can I cancel products on my order?

After an order has been placed, the order is binding for the customer unless Revainlab cannot dispatch the products within 6 working days after receiving the order. In the case that Revainlab cannot ship the products within 6 working days, you will be notified and have the choice to cancel the order.

12. Can I add products to my existing order?

It is unfortunately not possible to add products to an existing order. You have to place a new separate order.

13. What currency are your prices in?

All prices are in US DOLLARS $ (USD)

14. Can I order from you if I am outside of Europe?

Yes, we ship worldwide. We try to comply with all internal regulations of each country, but it is the customer’s responsibility to be aware if he can use and receive the product or there is a restriction or customs duty.
