These Return Policy apply to Revainlab. www.revainlab.pro (the “Site”) is the property of Revainlab. Your further accessing and using the Site will be considered as an acceptance of the Return Policy. If you do not accept the Return Policy, do not use the Site further.
Revainlab reserves the right to remove, add, change or modify portions of these Return Policy, at any time. The responsibility is on you to check these Return Policy for changes periodically. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the changes.
2. General Information
In compliance with the Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014, Article 27, our customers have the right to return products or withdraw from the contract without providing any reason within 14 days of receipt. This policy ensures that customers have the flexibility and peace of mind when purchasing from our online store. The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. The Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Responses to complaints will be sent to the customer’s email address or through WhatsApp, as per the customer’s preference.
In case of the need to refund the funds for the transaction made by the customer with a payment card, the seller will make a refund to the bank account assigned to the payment card of the customer
3. Reshipment
Reshipment – second time shipping of the previous order or a part of it to compensate for loss or lack of quality. Will usually take 3-5 business days after Revainlab approves the application.
4. Refund
Refund – a whole or partial compensation of Your order. May take 5-10 business days for the refund to settle within your bank account after Revainlab approves Your application.

Revainlab will come to a decision on an application for return within 5 business days. Revainlab reserves the right to approve, reject, partially approve or decide the type of return.
No return will be honored if the product(s) has been opened, used or damaged (including damage incurred during transit) unless the product is faulty.
Please note, once you have placed an order and refuse acceptance of delivery of that order from either the local postal office, courier, border control or customs, then no return will be issued as a result of the goods being returned to us.
Please note: You are liable for all customs fees and charges.
Customs Formalities: Customers are responsible for all customs formalities. If a parcel does not clear customs and delivery is not realized, resulting in the customer not receiving the product, we require the undamaged products to be returned to us before issuing a refund.
Refund Procedure: In case of a valid refund, customers are obliged to return the products to the company’s office address, which will be provided. Refunds are processed only after receiving and inspecting the returned products.
Requirement for Medical Degree or Certification: In the event of any issues, such as side effects during treatment with our products, customers must provide an official medical degree or certificate of authorization to use these products. This documentation is necessary for processing any case and/or potential refunds according to our refund policy or for other methods of resolving the situation. It serves as proof that the customer has the requisite knowledge and skills to use the products correctly.
