Delivery Estimate: Delivery services like FedEx, DHL, EMS, and UPS typically deliver within 2-3 business days. However, this is an estimate and not a guarantee.
Shipping Responsibility: REVAINLAB’s responsibility for the products ends once they are handed over to the delivery service (e.g., FedEx, DHL, UPS, EMS). We ensure that products are properly packaged and shipped but are not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs once the product is in the control of the delivery service.

The Customer is responsible for all customs, duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. The Customer must ensure that the ordered products can be lawfully imported to the destination country. The recipient will be qualified as the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import customs duties, taxes, and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; Revainlab has no control over these charges.

Customs Formalities: Customers are responsible for all customs formalities. If a parcel does not clear customs and delivery is not realized, resulting in the customer not receiving the product, we require the undamaged products to be returned to us before issuing a refund.
Refund Procedure: In case of a valid refund, customers are obliged to return the products to the company’s office address, which will be provided. Refunds are processed only after receiving and inspecting the returned products.

8. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

In compliance with the Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014, Article 27, our customers have the right to return products or withdraw from the contract without providing any reason within 14 days of receipt. The Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
