About Elasty fillers
Elasty is a Korean dermal filler brand made by Dongbang Medical. Elasty fillers use PNET (Preserved Natural Entangled Technology). This process keeps more of the natural structure of hyaluronic acid and uses less chemical modification. The result is a pure, elastic gel with low swelling after the procedure.
All Elasty Plus products contain 24 mg/mL hyaluronic acid and 0.3% lidocaine (3 mg/mL). The "Plus" in the name means the product contains lidocaine. The letters F, D and G show the gel density and depth.

Elasty F Plus
- Soft, low-density gel for the superficial to upper dermis.
- For forehead lines, crow's feet, lines around the mouth, tear trough and neck lines.
- Results generally last 6–9 months. Box of 1 x 1 mL.
Elasty D Plus
- Medium-density gel for the mid to deep dermis.
- For lip volume, nasolabial folds, marionette lines, forehead and frown lines and mid-face hollows.
- Results generally last 8–12 months. Box of 1 x 1 mL.
- This is the most popular Elasty product, especially for lips.
Elasty G Plus
- High-density gel for the deep subcutaneous layer or on the bone (supra-periosteal).
- For cheekbones, chin, jawline, nose contouring and severe volume loss.
