We want you to be happy with every order. Here is how returns work.
If something is wrong with your order
If we sent the wrong item, or something arrived damaged, that is on us.
Message us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a few photos — the outer box, the shipping label, and the item. Please keep the packaging until we close your case.
Once we confirm it, you choose: a replacement or a refund. We cover the shipping either way.
If you changed your mind
You can return unopened items within 14 days of delivery.
Message us first and we will approve the return and send you the address. Please do not send anything back before we approve it.
- Items must be unopened and in their original sealed packaging
- You cover the return shipping
- The original shipping cost is not refunded
Getting your money back
We process your refund within 5 to 10 business days after your return arrives. It goes back to the same method you paid with.
Your bank may need a few extra days to show it on your statement.
